The level of service is so bad, I have been waiting for my payout (provident fund) for over 3 months now. My former company made a direct withdrawal application with Lebogang Malete personally and advised me to tie up with her to follow up on any new developments. For over three months I have been calling her but she just shuts me up and tells she will check on the system and feed me back but that didn't happen. Everytime I call her directly either she ignores my calls and sends me to voice mail. I tried calling the call centre they told me they had no records that I've made a withdrawal application with them, while Lebogang Malete had it, clearly their system isn't working (poor communication). So I'm very dissatisfied with their level of service its fairly obvious they don't care about their clients but all they want is keeping the money so that they can make more money out of it. Such a big company works like a spaza shop by being so unprofessional because of one incompetent woman. For me to live Id need my money. I've worked for this money. I need an answer by today otherwise ill make it hard for them.
