Love my bank

It's a chaotic month end in the branch, which is why I usually try to avoid the bank this time of the month, but nevertheless I had to go in today.

One of the things I had to do was order a new bankcard. Dorrean, who was on the floor, dialled the card division on the in-branch phone for me and left me to do the rest. After not much success on my own, Dorrean came back to assist me again and sat there, for I don't know how long, sorting out my query, all while helping other customers in-between as well.

Thanks for helping me so efficiently and not just leaving me to my own devices.
Nedbank is truly a bank to love.
