Hi received an email this morning stating that my monthly premium will be increased. I understand that there is a yearly increase, but from R820.00 to R1026.00? That is more than a 20% increase??? I have call the call centre number (provided on the letter) twice today and they keep promiing to phone me back. But guess what... no call yet. If this is the case i would rather cancel my policy than have increases with no explanations and after sales care.
