Unprofessional service costing us money

Seeing Nedbank's offer for registering small businesses, my partners and I went to Nedbank Maponya on the 3rd May 2013 to register our new company. After being helped by Themba and having submitted all required documentation and also paying the required amount, we were then told registration will take between 5 to 8 aeeks. This being an agonising nine weeks of waiting and still no response, I called them on Monday. I was told the persln who helped up initially (Themba) doesn't work there anymore. I've been dealing with a new person by the name of Khaya. After numerous calls to Khaya and promising to get back to me with answers (it's Wednesday now), I was informed they cannot get a hold of our file and thus don't know if everything has been processed or not. They claim they've been trying to get in touch with Themba to ask where the file is. I am angry, was there no hand over done? We are losing a lot of money from potential clients and I always have to be the one calling! This has been a stressful ordeal and after this I want nothing to do with Nedbank. Hellopeter is our last resort.
