Poor feedback and i need ANSWERS

On the 22nd of July I applied for a loan with wizzit bank and a guy called Themba assisted me after I sent all required documents. He then advised on the 23rd that a payment could have been made however it was already late and it will be made the next day, which never happened I called again on Wednesday he promised to call back and he never did since then it has been stories where I keep calling and Themba telling me that he will call after ten minutes, yesterday he told me that he sent an email to the credit division to find out what the hold up is and I should notify him this morning if the payment does not reflect. Today I was told that all consultants are on lunch at the same time, however eventually Themba called me after I laid a complaint that he keeps lying saying he will call me and never does, he called to inform me that my application was declined as I don't use their bank and I should have a large some of money before they can borrow out money to me. AS PER YOUR WEBSITE THE REQUIREMENTS: Be over 18 years of age
Permanently employed with the same employer for at least 6 months
Salary paid into your WIZZIT account, or any other bank account, for at least 3 months
