Quick to debit your Acc but dont update on Systems

I had taken a loan out and agreed date for D/O was 27/4/13, My bank account was debited only the 29/4/13 for full amt, but my wonga acc has an outstanding balance of R57.09 with no repayment terms, where does the balance come from? I had sent emails and called the call centre and was told that my acc was debited before a public holiday which i don't understand! that is why i have to pay R57.09. it is not my fault that the system had only debit me the 29/04/2013 and I see that i am not the only customer that is having this problem for the same dates. I called them and was told that they will look into the matter and my acc will be unlocked this morning but it is still locked.

This is really bad customer service from Wonga!!! No reply to emails or calls, this is the first time i have bad service from them and is it continues i will inform family and friends to watch out as this could happen to them!!! This is really not the way to do business.
