ATM Rebooting while I withdrew money

I went to withdraw money from ABSA Atm in Gugulethu Mal yesterday about R300.00, the atm gave me my card back but no money instead switched off and rebooted itself. I went inside ABSA to get help, but instead of helping me out this Mpho guy was absolute no help to me. He just said to me I must just check my balance probably the money is back in my account. I went back inside, drew a mini statement that showed the withdrawal as successful. A Mr Koopman told me to wait while he investigated all of this and then came back to say I must open up a case that would take 3-5 working days. I then went to Customer Service Desk where there was just one person working out of 5 tills. I waitied for Mercy Njobe. I told her what I needed to do and she told me to wait 5mins as the ATM custodian was there busy with the atm, I waited 25mins and still no help after being inside almost an hr. She told me the case would take 9-11 working days while Koopman told me 3-5working days. I asked how is that and she said with an attitude Koopman doesn't know what he's talking about. They argued infront of me. After an hr and 15mins at Absa I walked out not happy with the service at all.
