Card cloned and Absa telling me stories

I have lost more than R10000 in the past three months as my money was withdrawn without my knowledge. I have realized on the 25 April 2013 when I tried to withdraw money from the ATM in Midrand that I don't have suffient funds. I was had About R9800 in my account on the 24 th April 2013, I withdrew R550 on that day only to realize the next day when I check the statement at the Absa Midrand branch. There were transactions that happened after I withdrew the R550 on the 24th and others the early mornings of the 25 th amounting to plus minus R5700. This has been happening in my account because when I check my bank statements it shows that there are a lot of balance enquiries that I dont know about, there are other transactions that happened that I was not aware of. I even have a notify me that is not functioning, I also have the Internet banking service that I billed for and it's also not working. I want my money that is from Absa because I'm sick and tired of their poor security. I cannot wait to get another bank that cares and protect their customers. Absa Midrand told me that I will not be refunded. How does my money being withdrawn while I have my card with me?
