I withdraw R2000 at Pta station FNB atm. The transaction went through but I never received any cash. I phoned FNB and ABSA and both told me it will be corrected in a few hours. On the 2nd Jan 2014 I went into the absa branch and they logged a complaint. Told me to wait 11 working days before phoning again. I just think how long can it take to check a atm machine. It isn't if I want their money. This is my own money. After waiting 5 working days I phoned to check if any progress the lady told me that I must check and see if it is 11 days and I am not the only one with a complaint
