I am with nedbank ever since they were NBS. So as a loyal customer I expected good service. I opted for the sms message for transactions for my account. At first it worked for every transaction but now notifications get sent of 1 of 3 transactions I make. Secondly, the system should tell me there is a low balance, so I can rectify it before been a charge for a none payment of a debit order. Which does ever happens. So, Im paying for a service which doesn't work. Please cancel this now!
I was given a fancy American Express card as an upgrade, but almost every shop I try to use it, their point of sale machines don't accept he card (This includes Nedbank Point of sale machines as well!). Lucky I keep my normal debit card when I get told they don't accept such a card type. Did Nedbank do their research before offering such a card type.
My wife is with FNB, she is very happy. Think I shall make the move as well to be happy like her. Why build a relationship with a bank when they don't care? Why pay for bank fees when another bank can offer you so much more. Loyality!
