Yesterday i phoned in requesting my policy documents as after having the policy for 2 months i have still not recieved these docs. i requested my full policy schedule, the agent said he would send it and sent the wrong thing i phoned in 5 other times speaking to different agents promising to send it but since yesterady nothing was recieved i urgently require these docs and 1st for woman is wasting my time and none of their agents even know what they do.
all i require is The information needed:
o The excess structure.
o The main underwriting information. This includes: Vehicle make and model, Claim history, Personal information, Regular driver/s, Risk Address, Security, Type of use, Licence details, Sum insured, Type of cover, extra's etc.
which has never ever been sent to my not even a hard copy.
