I received notification that due to me not informing Absa AIP not receiving confirmation of my cars insurance policy that I would automatically be given Hollard vehicle insurance for my car. Even though I emailed AIP services on the 03 May, I assumed all had be sorted as I received no further communication from Absa.
I telephoned the call centre only to be placed on hold for 12 minutes. I could not wait any longer, so hung up. I have emailed AIP services over two days now for them to contact me and left my contact details and my reference number, but I have had no response as yet.
