I recently opened a gold cheque account with Absa, I was told that it will cost me R109.00 all inclusive for example internet banking, debit orders etc, received my statement I saw that I were charged for internet banking R65 00. I changed from Fnb to Absa because I thought I will be saving on bank charges, kind of realised now that I have made a mistake because I don't appreciate being told one thing and get charged for it anyways, I don't even have control over it, have to pay it via debit order. I tried to contact you call centre, no luck there either no one answers the phone.
