This time last year my mother in law from the UK changed travellers cheques in: ABSA it was a long wait but eventually sorted. She is on holiday again and tried to change travellers cheques again, after half an hour of waiting she was so embarrised about the people in the que complaing about the wait that i sent someone to give us back the cheques back we went to bidvest and in 10 minutes she had the rands in her hand and ready to go shopping. as a client of Barclays she thought it would be so much easier to stick with the same group. but NEVER AGAIN BIDVEST will be helping her in the future.
