I was promised free internet banking on my Absa Silver Current Account value bundle, it clearly states: "You get
free subscriptions to NotifyMe, Internet Banking, Cellphone Banking, Telephone Banking and free lump sum death benefit"
THIS IS NOT TRUE! I have had internet banking charges coming off my account since the beginning. I should never have upgraded my account. I tried sorting this out, but again, absa staff made promises and did nothing. Absa messed up the transfer of debit orders, they promised they would do it, NOTHING HAPPENED, my debit orders bounced. I've had to pay for all of this. They conned me into this upgrade, I should have just changed banks instead. Absa quite clearly cares nothing for its customers!
