HE ACCUSED ME

I called Absa VF to change my banking details to my husbands and was told to write a letter and was given a Ref number but was told to make arrangements with Victor. I called him and made the arrangements then he said I should email the letter to him instead. My. Husband nd I wrote the letter but forgot to put his acc number nd emailed it a week before the debit order should go through. The debit order then went on my acc then when I called but he said he'll call back. He called the next day and when I told him that they debited the wrong acc on the wrong day, raising his voice @ me he said"CLEARLY YOUR HUSBAND DIDN'T AGREE ON HIS ACC BEING DEBITED". After asking him more than once not to raise his voice @ me I hang up. My acc being in arrears does not give him the right to accuse me nor raise his voice @ me
