I have two complains with Cell C, Months back i paid up my contract i had with them i faxed proof of payment and a cancellation letter a week later a consultant called me and told me they will close my account but to my surprise last week i was told my account is still open so they to me
The second one last week i applied for a cellphone contract (BlackBerry Z10) the consultant who was assisting me asked me if i would like to migrate my airtime to another number i agreed and said they can migrate it to the current number I'm using a day later she called me and told me that the number I want to migrate to its not in my name so they will need permission from the owner, she then asked me to give her my husbands contact details i did she called him and confirmed, On the very same day i received a call it was to confirm that by Monday all shall be well. On Monday i called the Cell C call centre to find out the outcome now I'm being told my husband needs to write a letter they won't migrate my number but now why did the consultant call my husband, I might sound green but I'm definitely not a cabbage and don't appreciate being treated like one, I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT I'M DONE...
