I called Europcar to query an amount that had been deducted off my credit card.
A gentleman by the name of Saint returned my call, but from the word go he was on a mission to put his point of view irrespective of my views. He raised his voice his at me and I advised him that I did not take kindly to this. He then told me that he will not stand by while I accuse him for raising his voice at me. He accused me of not returning his letter with a phone call. I told him that I called the call centre and nobody returned back to me regarding my query. HE then said rudely the letter said call me not call centre. Who the does he think he his. I then asked to be transferred to his manager he told me to call back cos she's not around. I advised him to please give his manager a message to call me, but he refused. Just because I owe Europcar money does not give them the right to verbally abuse me. Personally I will not be making use of their business and more importantly I will be advising my friends, colleagues and family to avoid they services.
