I called ABSA Virgin Credit Card Legal on Monday 3:45pm and the agent by the name of Fefe was very impatient and rude towards me. She even went to the point of telling me if I am finished talking when I was explain to her that I called ABSA on friday to get a settlement letter and monday i got an sms stating the arrangement has been cancelled. Every time I tried to explain to her, she kept on interrupting me. I had to raise my voice. and she said to me why am I explaining when I did not honor the previous arrangements. All I wanted to get was a letter so that my employer can make the payment. Never in my life have I ever encountered such a call centre agent. This was the 3rd call I made to ABSA from Friday and this was the worst experience...
