It is sad that the customer care channels provided by MFC do not work the call centre I held on till I gave up. The customer care email line that is supposed to respond in one business day has not responded since I sent an email on the 03-06-2013.
I have pointed out to the MFC complaints line that it's sad that I have to complain to get a response from them when I have tried using the channels they provide.
I simply want to change my debit order date but it's turning out to be impossible.
