I have purchased a new car which included trading in my old one at a car dealership. I have picked up the new car at the dealership on the 27th March 2013. My old car was also settled before I picked up my new car
I noticed that the debit order of the old car I have traded in last week has still come off on the 3rd April 2012. I understand that this should not occur.
I have made 4 calls to MFC, with each time being 10min on the line and each time with no response. I have also sent an email about this on the MFC website, but still no response. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, I needed to use this site to get my complaint heard.
I request a refund on the amount that has been debited off my account please. I trust this issue will be resolved.
