FNB Credit Card & Home Loans - No Contact

I recently got a call from FNB Credit Card Department and was told that i qualify to upgrade to a Platinum Account and was on the phone for 20 minutes verifying my details, and then again i got a call and was asked to sent through a form to confirm that i am divorced now too [Email Removed] i still have not heard a word back in regards to my upgrade. I also contacted FNB Home Loans as i want to buy a new home and would like to know how much i qualify for, i have been waiting for almost a week for anyone to call me and still i have had no response. The service i am getting from FNB is terrible and i don't have time too continue to call FNB as they don't ever phone back. I am going to really think about changing banks as the service i'm getting is shocking.
