I raised a query on Friday, with Helena Wiseman, who claims to be the "customer service manager..balh blah blah"... longer title than Idiamin. if your going to type all of that under your name, live up to it.
besides getting a very poor response which amounts to " i have passed the buck", there is no responses or decent feed back from Nedbank.
Ive also contacted there "askonce" department. waiting in anticipation, but im not hopefull. at very best, im expecting a generic response.
