I purchased one of the tomtom XL specials. It was supposed to come with a case but the case was not there. I logged a call to groupon support and after a couple of days I got one of those copy paste responses about "You do not need to redeem your product bla blah... please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery blah... you will receive call/sms when product on its way blah"
This response was in no way related to my query.
Since I replied again it has been 2 days without any response again
Please can someone respond to my query
