NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I logged a case of after funds were withdrawn from my account, and been advised that it will take 10 days it is more than 2 weeks now and not only was my money from my account standard bank does not call back when they say they will and the case is not treated with urgency because it was not there money! when i called in on friday i was told they will call me back in half a hour and its now tuesday the following week and they have not had the decancy to pick up the phone! or return my money! and trying there call center is even worst as no one ever answers!!!

disgusted and will advise every one i can not to bank here!!!
