Outsurance really bends over backwards to help

So we all know the adverts that most companies do, that under normal circumstances are just not true. In my case - well done Outsurance, you advert is actually true. The advert mentions that they will bend over backwards to help you. Yes, believe it or not, this is true. I changed my insurance to Outsurance beginning of January and what happens on the 13th of Febr, the vehicle is written off in an accident.
Outsurance was phoned from the scene, gave us a reference to have the vehicle towed and an accessor was appointed to deal with the claim. Philip Lewarne (the accessor) well done. You answered my 30 million questions and concerns with patience and assured me that the claim will be settled in no time. The claim was settled on the 22nd of Febr, not bad if you take that I just moved to Outsurance. We will definitely do the new car's insurance via Outsurance. Philip your assistance is once again greatly appreciated.
I also need to stress that I'm not normally impressed by the service levels of most businesses, but in this case - Outsurance - you did impress me. Well done!!!
