It is becoming really sad banking with a bank that only gets worse. It is quite obvious that Prestige banking means nothing. The latest example of bad service is as follows:
1) I have been contacting the bank regarding an insurance claim for a burst geyser by email since 20/5/13 with no proper response to the extent that I had to pay it myself in the meantime. Only contact this bank by email due to past experiences.
2) I moved to Centurion nearly 3 years ago and changed my branch to Centurion mall as well as getting my statements at new address. When asked by SMS on 4 June 13 about where to pick up new credit card I advised the Centurion mall for that one and my cheque card? When I went there today Inwas advised that the credit card was still on order and that my cheque card was sent to my old branch in PE. I was then advised that I had to phone to sort it out. I actually now dont want any more cards from this bank!
