First National Bank
FNB to busy

I keep receiving sms's that I should take my ID copy to the branch, I was there a few times. I am working for myself, I can't sit there for more than an hour. A lot of people waiting with only 1 to help them. I spoke to someone, they only say they don't have enough personel. This is bad service from the bank for a Business client.
