Standing in line for more that an hour to get help

I am trying to link my 2 bank cards with one another, I have tried to do this online but was unsuccessful. I have tried to do it inside the branch but do not have the time to wait for more than an hour for someone to help me.

I tried this four times know and every time after 50 to 70 minutes I give up and walk away. The results is that my debt orders keep on bouncing and it is seriously effecting my credit rating. All because FNB Parow can not employ more people to manage the crowds of people going to this branch.

So my credit rating is know BAD because of FNB parow brance. Why can you not take the manager of the bank, that are or not there or sits in his office and fire him and get four people in his place that actual work. Not one of the anther FNB branches has this problem. Why must I go to a branch that are not near me just to be helped?
