Incompotent and NO management

I WILL NOT CHANGE MY BUSINESS ACC TO FNB. After moving to area have had to go to the bank 3 times. Every occasion I have had to wait an hour at least. On arrival today I yet again faced a long que with only 1 lady helping. Not only was I in a que but every other station had ques waiting for service and many complaining customers. I counted at least 4 walkouts 1 of which a gentleman coming to seek advice on opening a business acc needless to say he left, another elderly lady siting waiting for over an hour and half, 1 gentleman walked ot and said he would seek help at another bank, a couple walked out no service and on and on I can go about all the other complaints. I then went int an office marked Branch Manger where a lady informed me that she was aware of the problem but she did nothing about it did not even try and get up off her chair and go and see to all the complaining customers just outside her office door. The lady that originally was the only 1 helping my que got up and was relieved by another gentleman (she went on lunch) who allows their staff to go on lunch when it was clearly too busy? If you had any loyalty towards your company you would wait until it had calmed dow.
