Still waiting for credit card

I decided to change all my accounts to FNB on the 6th of November. The staff were very helpful and eager to do business. On 22 November 2012, I sent the auditors letter as requested. FNB informed me that as soon as they have the letter that they will continue with the application as the rest of the info was already received and in place. 3 Dec 2012 I received a call saying that they do not have a copy of my ID (which I found strange as the consultant in the bank sent them everything). So I sent the ID copy again. The person also went through the quote with me. About 16 Dec a consultant phoned going through the quote and said that they will now finalize everything. He asked where should he send the card to. I asked that it be sent to the branch which he said will take about 5 working days. So last week Monday I spoke to FNB regarding the CC asking them when I will receive this as I have not received any sms that it is at the branch. He then said his system shows that I did not indicate a delivery address which is untrue as I have told FNB in December to send it to the branch. He said that he will send it to the branch I will receive a sms as the card will be there in 3 to 5 days!
