Business Banking a sham

I opened my business banking account on the 23/10/2013 and after three months I still don't have internet banking.

I have been to the branch numerous times (4 or 5) and still no luck. The last time was Saturday, 19/01/2013, I spend three hours of my day at the branch and still it was hopeless not a step further.

On Saturday the consultant (Priya) promised me that she will phone me back first thing Monday morning it's 17:15 now and I'm still waiting for her call. I have phoned the branch three times today already, I can't get hold of her or anyone that can help me sort out my account.

I have suppliers and employees I need to pay, people are waiting for their money but I can't transact with my account. I don't know how FNB expects one to run a business like this, they just doing harm to my business's name.
I'm really fed up with this poor service and don't know what to do anymore.

If anyone is looking for advise, stay away from FNB Business Banking, Standard Bank Business division is much better.
