I have applied more than a month ago for the Galaxy S4. I was told to submit documents which I did, and yet I have not received a call from FNB. I contacted them last week and I was told I will receive a phone call within 24-48 hours. Today I contacted them again and it was told that my application was not on the system. I am truly not impressed with FNB call center at all.
