I applied for a smart phone last week 04/06/2013, and I got an SMS on 05/06/2013 that my application is being processed and they'll advice, till today I never got any feedback, I decided to call FNB today 10/06/2013 and hear what the delay is and i spoke to a lady called Jenavive who told me that my application is not even on the system I asked how come i got the SMS she told me they had technical problems last week. My question is should I have not called how was I going to know that my application is not even on their system? I could have waited till doomsday, I asked her if they can speed up the process seeing that they delayed it without even keeping me informed she tells me it's still going to take normal 10 - 15 days.
