I was contacted by one of Zurich insurance company's employees to inform me that my insurance will be increasing up further enquiry and questioning the lady was unable to answer any of my questions and despite promising to contact me concerning the matter, my premium went up and was deducted from my bank account without my concent!! A during the following week she contacted me again once again to inform me that my insurance was reviewed and will increase again! Furious I asked to speak her superior, she put me through to their customer care center only to be cut after waiting 20minutes on the telephone. This is by far the worst service i have ever received from an insurance company having changed from my previous insurers over the past 9years; the grass is thus not greener on the Zurich side at all, lesson learnt.
