I have had a claim open with Zurich after their client bumped into my car.
My car was rendered unsafe to drive meaning from the time of the accident I can't use my but had to hire one. Zurich were quick to tell me that they won't pay for my car hire which is 3 weeks now.
I have been dealing with a guy called Gavin Busang who never contacts me to tell me what is happening, each time I have to call and he promises to get in touch but doesn't.
It's been 3 weeks since the accident but I still don't have an outcome and my car hire bill is going up.
I hope this delay is not because I am not their client but I am claiming from them.
I have been reading other people's complaints on this site about Zurich and I am wondering how people stay on as their clients if they do this.
