My sister is in America for holiday. She went to Nedbank a week ago and activated her card to be used in America from the 29th of June... Her card is not working. We phoned the call centre and were told they cannot give us any information as she has to speak with them. She is in America ALONE without roaming. We were told to phone the department as they MIGHT be able to assist us. Fantastic news!!! They are not open now, after the call centre ensured me they will be open. Thus my sister is in America without any money, after she went to the bank a second time to confirm that everything is in order, which they promised was! Tips to people travelling... Bank with someone else who is willing to help after they up!
