My debit order of R500 from ABSA to FNB credit card account was sent to wrong number successful on 1 July 2013. a lady of FNB told ABSA that the money is in the pool account of unclaimed money. starting with investigation by myself and FNB on 5July 2013. After 8 emails no response. 4 visits queing, 4 times of faxed copies of proof of payment and letter to aknowledge receipt which they did not. at first they said they did not receive any and later that it was not readable. still no positive payback of money. every time answer wait for 48 hours. 4 Aug. 2013 a month later still waiting for positive response. and my money in my hand or credit card account .over and over when I phone or visit FNB I have to identify myself and hold the line and the line goes dead. Please help solve this problem.
