Forex rates differed from advertised rates!

Good day

I am very grumpy with your forex section.

I checked the $ exchange rate on your website this morning (31 May): 9.95 then went to exchange dollars and was only given a rate of 9.8675.

When I returned home the rate was still advertised as 9.9314.

Please could you account for this discrepancy?!

I received no response for the first time this was posted, I will therefore have to continue posting until an adequate response occurs.
