I have had an account with FNB which was handed over to Bruwer Inc attorneys the account has been paid up both FNB and Bruwer INC attorneys refuse to give consent to rescission of judgment. They advide that i need to get an attorney to draft a letter with my request, but when i call Transunion i was advised that they (fnb/bruwe attornys) should give me the letter to take to court to have the judgement removed.
