I received 2 telegraphic transfers and called the call centre to confirm the arrival of my money, on 2 occasions I was informed of an indication rate and informed the 2 consultants I will hold my finds for a better rate, 2 days later I called again the call center and was answered by a cheerful consultant named Moloko who went all the way to tell me about spot rates, actual rate and indication rates, she went all the ay to make me hold so she could talk to the Forex dealers to get me the different rates and made me to decide what I wanted to all in the name of her patience as I did not understand all these terms.
Standard bank, please continue to recognize such employees who give your name a good brand. This was good service at its best.
