Considering closing my account

I'm a new FNB customer.31 May 2013 I opened my Gold cheque account with no hassles. On 2 June 2013 I discovered that I can order a smart device online and so I did. I even received a sms that someone will contact me regarding this order.6 June 2013 still no word from FNB, so I called them just to be informed that they did not receive my application but they can do it for me. So I did the application and was assured that I qualify for this device and that someone will contact me within 10-15 working days to arrange delivery. The lady even gave me a ref. number.14 June 2013 still no word so I phone FNB just to get passed around from one to the other consultant. I l said to the last consultant that if this is not sorted out I will close my account. Later that day I received a call from another consultant stating that my application was sent back for approval. I asked why and he could not answer me, but said he will get back to me with news the same day, I'm still waiting. If this matter is not sorted within today still, I will close my account immediately and go to the newspapers & ombudsman. I'm starting to think that moving to FNB was the biggest mistake ever!
