I HAD ENOUGH. I have on numerous occasions contacted Cell C and eventually gotten a letter from them to prove that i owe them absolutely NOTHING:
This is the content of my letter from Cell C:
1. We refer to the above matter and confirm that the above account is fully paid and has been closed.
The letter is signed by Yandiswa Mtelo from Cell C Pre Legal 084140
Still after forwarding this letter and phoning to confirm I still get billed for this Cell C account.
I spoke to two people at Nudebt "Mpho Nduna" and the latest was Bonolo, who assured me that I would be taken off of their database after I have sent through the letter from Cell C stating that I am not in arrears. So after many harassing sms's and phone calls I sent the letter, this stopped, but just to find to my surprise an amount of R288.89 deducted from my personal bank account without authorization again, the nerve... This is the second time, the first time was an amount of R1000
I have to pay for reversals every time, I have to pay for the airtime i waste every time I call.
What do I do to resolve this issue? WHEN WILL THIS STOP???
