The consultant at Absa Bank Hexagon Queenstown did an upgrade from savings to cheque account, and they promised to move all my debit orders from the savings to the cheque account. I signed the form on the 16th of February my debit orders are still going through the old account which are all being unpaid due to insufficient funds.
This is causing a reputational risk, financial inadequacy.
I have been calling and visiting the branch no one seems to be doing anything about it.
