Monies debited after Debt Counselling Notification

I applied for Debt counselling beginning of January 2013. My first instalment was paid over to the Debt Counsellor end of January 2013. 2nd Installment is due 28 February 2013.
My debt counsellor instructed me to open a Absa Savings account for the duration of my Debt Counselling - which I did immediately.

Today I get a notification that ABSA Personal Loans department has debited my NEW Savings account with R6503.
I immediately contacted my debt counsellor - who instructed me to contact ABSA immediately to reverse this as they have received notification of the debt counselling AND sent back their confirmation to my Debt Counsellor. What they've done is illegal and according to the Banking Law I have the right to reverse a debit order within 2 months and ABSA is not allowed to refuse me that right. Further to that they have no signed authority to debit this NEW account.
ABSA bluntly and arrogantly refuses to reverse this debit order. They say they have the full right to debit any outstanding monies from any funds I have available.
A Form 17.1 was sent to them by the Debt Counsellor and AGAIN by myself.
