I emailed Virgin Money South Africa a while ago (October 2) regarding queries I had about my statements and the amount I owed, which was starting to seem increasingly bogus as I went through my statements. I received a generic email saying they would get back to me soon, although in 6 days nothing has happened.
Please could a rep get back to me to answer my query? I would also like someone with answers, and not someone who is going to "escalate the matter" because I know that means they are not doing a darn thing about the issue.
