Same issue I had with them 2 years ago when I wanted to renew my CC. They want me to sign a form that tells me I'm not allowed to spend MY money on the CC abroad. They keep telling me it's the bank's policy and I have to sign it because I (temporarily) live abroad. I didn't sign it last time and got my CC after complaining here. I asked them nicely if we could skip all the red tape this time and just send me my CC.About 7 emails later and just a generic response to my problem, I'm back here complaining. What's the point of having a CC if you can't use it where you want?
