About 2 weeks ago I had a bit of a moan about cancellation of 1 of my lines, and the activation issues with another (I would go back and update that issue, but I can't seem to find it).
Ilhaam from VMSA contacted me and we corresponded via email. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with, not only solving my issue and answering my query, but going above and beyond by emailing statements I hadn't received in the post to me, sending me a new SIM by courier, and activating it for me within a couple of hours.
