Four months ago cancelled my contract with virgin active after recieving statement of deductions from my account after cancellation. Follow up from the gym themselves lead to no response of course and got passed on to head office where I received an email from a person whom was to follow up, was told to email and fax bank statements but contact details given were invalid, four months have passed and still no response or contact oncerning my issue with the company..quick to sign up contracts and take payment but after care service is pathetic!!
