After and hour on the phone Outsurance quotes me double than what I am currently paying. My current policy details were sent to Lebo who confirmed reciept. After 2 follow ups and almost 3 months later I am still waiting for Outsurance to pay me. For such a supposed reputable company this is so sad not just the refund but the premiums also.
